This is the whole image...its acrylic on wood with some gold leaf. sorry the image quality is really crappy..im still trying to get a hang of the technology. this piece took quite a while to complete (3 months) but im really happy with the finished product.

Liking the fact she really does look like she's made of gold from the contrast and tones! ANd the abstract background is quite interesting. I'm sort of getting into this kind of art which combines figures with abstractness.... Where abouts in it is the gold leaf used??

She looks like a statue and I'm getting the feeling that this was intentional. It's beautiful, she looks as if she's being sucked away. It's a new favourite, perhaps.
